Dr Jessica Greene

Dr. Jess graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA.  While in her studies at Palmer, she attended courses for specialty training and certifications in Animal Chiropractic at Options for Animals College of Animal Chiropractic.  Before graduating from Palmer, she received her certification from the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA) in animal chiropractic.

Born and raised in Cupertino, CA, she has always had a passion for healing and animals. She grew up riding and training horses and became a more serious rider soon after age eight.  As she pursued her training, she realized that her gift of healing horses transferred to dogs, cats she’s a treated a bearded dragon.

Many times, animals come in with pain and discomfort.  Dr. Greene’s satisfaction comes from not only treating the animal’s symptoms, but determining the root cause in order to improve the quality of life of the pet.  Often patients will leave the office with bright eyes and a new rejuvenation that is the part of chiropractic care that most people don’t know about.  Chiropractic adjustments address the body’s balance between structure and function, which can result in overall better wellness.

A typical session with Dr. Jess begins with a brief history and an exam checking for areas of stress, tension and inflammation.  Each joint is checked for proper movement and once an area of fixation is identified Dr. Jess performs a gentle adjustment.  An adjustment involves a gentle “shearing” of the joint which is a subtle maneuver specific to each joint.  Treatment plans vary depending age, breed, injury and history of illness.

Dr. Jess also has a human Chiropractic practice in Mission Hills and specializes in pediatric and family wellness.
